In the Tucson Sears Call Center we have two lines of business to serve our member's needs.

Parts-Serving the "do it yourself" member who wants to order their own replacement parts.

Tech Spec-Serving customers who are having an issue with Sears appliances or lawn & garden equipment.  In many cases, the issue is minor and we are able to troubleshoot over the phone.  If the issue is more complicated, we will schedule repair.
